Google announced  new initiatives to help small business owners struggling during the pandemic shut down.

From now until September 2020, Google is giving businesses the opportunity to promote themselves for free in Google Maps. How: Small businesses will be able to place a pin on Google Maps and highlight services they offer such as curbside pickup or delivery. Essentially a promoted pin to help boost your local business service.  Smart campaign advertisers should check for this option

Google Ad Credits- Who doesn’t like free money? Google is applying credits for SMB in their Google Ads account. You may receive an email about the credit or check your notifications in your Ads account. The credits can be used to offset the cost for Google ads. Credit amounts will vary but as I understand, the maximum amount of what is  $1,000. This is part of a recent announcement that Google made about providing   $340 million in ad credits, which can be used towards future ad spend,

Who is eligible for the credit? Small and medium-sized businesses who have spent with a Google Ads account ( certain criteria will apply).
